I am Emma Painter; the founder of EVP Recruitment. I have enjoyed more than thirteen successful years recruiting within the most interesting technical sectors within East Anglia. My recruitment career began as a trainee in a local agency, where I soon became a leading consultant within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Over the years, I progressed to leadership and business development roles but always retained my recruitment responsibility. I have a passion for building long-term relationships with candidates and clients and, with this in mind, EVP was founded.
